The Saturday School Foundation is an non-profit organization that creates a learning space allowing everyone in society to participate in the development of Thai education. By encouraging children to pursue their dreams and make a difference in their communities and society, everyone can be part of this educational transformation.
For Saturday School X, we are a group of international students who were originally based in Thailand and have since gone abroad to study. We were given numerous opportunities to receive a world-class education and prepare ourselves for the future. Our group aims to give back to society by sharing our knowledge and experiences with those who lack them.
Given that Thai schools often have limited budgets, resources, and class offerings, we spent our Saturdays teaching basic Artificial Intelligence classes at a low-income community school in Bangkok. Since these classes were not covered in Thai schools, our students were very excited and eager to learn.
